Mama alwas said that some day Pa would lose his job. That day was today, Pa came home from work and told Mama that Mr. Klause couldn't pay the taxes to own the store so he had to sell it and everyone had to lose their jobs. Oh no, that means Elizabeth's pa lost his job too.
