Dear Journal,
It's getting harder each day this Great Depression goes on. Fewer and fewer money each day. Pa has to work 20 hours a week just to get as much as he would in a day reguraly. Food is getting low now and no more desserts or 2nds. I hope this ends soon. It's not just hard on me but it's hard on everyone.
