I don't know exactly how the stock market crashed, but it just did. Millions were unemployed. :( And they all blamed it on their present president Herbert Hoover. >:( They elected Franklin Delano Roosevelt as their next president. (:D Roosevelt came up with many new programs to help the unemployed people get jobs. :D The Dust Bowl in KS, OK, NM, CA, and CO were very terrifying and damaged the supply of milk, eggs, and crops. :( However, the Dust Bowl finally ended and so did the Great Depression. :D
