Dear Journal,
Pa came home this afternoon and said he had some horrible news. He had lost his job! Now we had no way to make money! We didn't know what to do! Ma told me not to worry, but I did anyway. I was so afraid that we wouldn't have any money to survive. I offered to get a job, but Pa said it wouldn't do any good. We are hopeless! He said that he would try to find another job that would support us. And guess what? He did! Now we have enough money to live a great life!
