No Shoes, No Shirt, Big Problem

Can't go to work. Can't eat. Can't finish school. I'm not educated. I'm not employed. Probably won't ever be. I hate this Depression!!!!! It has me spiraling towards death and my son was taken away from me. I have no shoes, no shirt, and a big problem.
