The Great Depresion was about how so many americans lost thier jobs and they had no savings.
The problom with them was that they spent so much money trying to buy fancy stuff that when all of the buissnesses started to go out of buissness they had no money to help buy supplies for them.
If we don't want this to happen again we need to stop buying so much stuff or you're going to go bankrupt and won't be able to buy any suplies.
