Dear Diary,
Dad is looking for a job and mom is about to die.We can't find food and everyone is very sick. I am trying to help with my two sisters and my baby brother.I wish i wasn't the oldest in my family. Dad just came back from fishing and caught one fish.we are very lucky that dad even caught anything.
Mom has been crying all night and can barly mspeak or eat. Ally and Sarah are getting scraps out of everyone else's garbage to make a bed for Ma.
Paul is screaming his head off and won't stop. I can't even concentrate on anything. Dad is getting very mad because he hasn't found a house or any type of shelter.
Mom needs help.I'm scared. Please help me.
