The great depression was some hard times for people. Their were lot of hobos, and homeless people because they couldn't keep their jobs and their house because of this Franklin Roosevelt was elected three times. People were also very sick because they couldn't afford medicane they needed and that is how Franklin Roosevelt died with a diesease. So if you think these times are harder than those times, you might want to think agian.
