First of all this book is not really about The Great Depression. It is about the hard life in the colonies with a bad king and not know what to be. A Loyalist or a Patriot. What I think is I would like to be a neutralist my self. I want to be a Loyalist becuase the king has always supported the colonies and colonist. On the other hand I would like to be a Patriot because I the king is so far away how could he know what geos on in the colonies and what the colonist truely need. I believe in both sides Loyalist and Patriots. I would like freedom but I also want rules and regulations so nobody gets harmed or hurt or injured.So if everyone pitches in we will get our freedom and accomplish something great. Now who is with me on this?
