Today, we arrived in Chicago. Hopefully, Papa can find a good job here. Aunt Sally just gave me this beautiful, hand-crafted journal and told me to write throughout the Great Depression.
Well, I must go and help Mama and Papa unload our very small trunk that holds our belongings.
