Democratic voters in Florida and Michigan went to the polls and chose a candidate but their votes won't count in deciding the nominee. What recourse did these voters have, and how is NBC covering the issue?

We're covering it a lot. I just touched on this--they tried to get out of line and move up their primary. The democratic party said "Ok, you move and we're not going to count your primary. You just go ahead and have your primary and we're not going to count the votes anyway."
