Campaign '08: Prevent Home Fires
Grade K-2 Lessons on Fire Safety
It is an election year and Sparky the Fire Dog® is on a campaign. But Sparky is not running for office. Instead, his campaign is to help students and their families across the nation learn to Prevent Home Fires. Sparky needs help from teachers to help make his campaign successful. During Fire Prevention Week (October 5-11) and throughout the year, use these lessons and activities to help bring fire-safety awareness to your class, your school, and your community. Together, we can prevent home fires.
