Justin Tuck's R.U.S.H. For Literacy

NFL superstar helps struggling readers get in the game

By Amiri Tulloch | null null , null

Justin Tuck is a two-time Super Bowl champion and all-pro defensive end for the New York Giants. But he is also a winner when it comes to reading. Tuck held his fifth R.U.S.H. For Literacy event in September at Scholastic headquarters in New York City. Kids from across the city heard Justin, his wife, and a guest author speak about what reading can do to help children become better citizens.

Before the event, Kid Reporter Amiri Tulloch spoke to Justin Tuck about his program and how reading impacts kids around the globe. Click Play Video to watch the interview!
