In the new Madagascar 3 The Video Game you can play as all your favorite characters including Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe, and Gloria the hippo. In the Circus mode, you can also play as some of the new characters, like Stefano the sea lion, Vitaly the Siberian tiger, and Gia the Jaguar.
The game begins with an introduction that tells you story so far. At this point in the game, you're taken to a tutorial where you start to learn each of the characters controls and abilities two by two, like Marty and Gloria then Alex and Melman. The controls are easy to pick up. Then you begin the first level, which will keep you trying different ideas. In the DS version, you can pick what missions you would like to play. In the console versions, you will play a mini game after the first level.
The action doesn't stop there — after the introduction, the game is level after level. You will easily lose yourself in this game. If you like action, adventure, comedy, and just plain fun games, Madagascar 3 The Video Game is for you. It will teach you patience — there is always a way to finish the level. If you have trouble, maybe you can call a friend over and play together in the drop-in and out two player fun! Unfortunately there is no two player mode in the DS version but King Julien will help you after you return his crown.
This game will take you around the world with a circus that is good or bad depending on how you perform. Remember to use all of their abilities to the fullest. By the way only Gloria can swim, so don't even try. Also be careful of falling off ledges it may take a while to climb back up!
