A Return to WondLa

Author Tony DiTerlizzi talks about the new book in his trilogy

By Cecilia Gault | June 1 , 2012

The fantastic book The Search for WondLa by Tony DiTerlizzi now has a sequel. A Hero For WondLa is the second book in DiTerlizzi's WondLa trilogy, and it was released in May. The book reveals new and exciting adventure of his heroine, Eva Nine.

When The Search for WondLa was released last year, this Kid Reporter interviewed DiTerlizzi about the book. With the new book now on shelves, we spoke again about his series, the characters, and themes. We also talked about his efforts at the Starlight Children's Foundation. Starlight Children's Foundation is a non-profit organization who's mission is to improve the quality of life for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses and life-altering injuries. The foundation provides entertainment and educational experiences for children. DiTerlizzi has been working as a Starlight Global Ambassador.
