Brad Bird's Mission: Impossible

Director talks movies with Kid Reporter

By Nick Berray | April 19 , 2012

The latest Mission: Impossible adventure, Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol, was released on DVD and Blu-ray on Tuesday. But on April 10, the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C., took viewers behind-the-scenes of the movie with the event "Rethink the Impossible." Technical experts, real-life spies, and the movie's director, Brad Bird, were all on hand to talk about the movie and what it takes to be a spy. You could even imagine being a spy yourself when you held the spy gadgets that were on display.

At the event, Kid Reporter Nick Berray interviewed Bird, as well as technical adviser Dale Shelton. Click Play Video below to watch the interviews!

    My All Time Top 5

    My All Time Top 5

It's come to our attention that tween girls have opinions. Lots of them. My All - Time Top 5 is a unique opportunity to inmortalize those opinions in list form: lists of favorites, un - favorites, pet peeves, proudest achievements, weirdest phobias, secret crushes, wildest ambitions, and much more.

The book features 60 pages of list ideas, games, and activities ranging from thought - provoking to just plain goofy. it's divided into five sections (Me & My Deep Thoughts, Boys & Other Animals, etc.), each with a different illustrator. Turns out that making list lends lends itself equally well to quiet contemplation or group giggles, depending on the day's mood.

A custom - designed, 150 - page, coil bound notepad and coordinating pencil make creating lists pretty near irresistible. Since we understand that sometimes opinions change, the cute little charm that dangles from the pencil is actually an eraser. And, inside the book, special bound - in pocket pages wil store finished lists for all eternity. All of which makes Top 5 a blast for today, a keepsake for tomorrow, and a one - of - a - kind record of an opinionated life.

    Components:

  • Custom - designed sharpened pencil
  • Coordinating eraser charm on a re-fastenable chain
