About the Contest
For the 2013 Drive2Life Contest, students in grades 6–12 were invited to create a storyboard, script, or treatment for a 30-second Public Service Announcement (PSA) that demonstrates positive tips to prevent distracted driving. The grand prize winner receives $1,000 and a trip to New York City, where a professional film crew will transform the student's vision into a 30-second commercial! Four runners-up (two from grades 6–8, and two from grades 9–12) each will receive $500.
