Materials will contain a postage-paid envelope that teachers can, but do not have to, use to mail in their seal(s) to receive entries into the Sweepstakes. There are two ways to enter: 1) Mail-in seals: Collect seals from any Real California Milk product except for those on products sold on school premises. Each seal received will gain you one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. OR 2) Mail-in 3”x5” card entries: To enter without sending in a seal, hand print your name, school name, school address, city, state, zip, phone number, email address, grade, and number of students in your classroom and in your entire school on a 3”x5” card or cards, put the card(s) in an envelope (this information will be used for prize verification only and not for marketing or solicitation purposes) with the appropriate postage due and mail to: Real Seal Appeal Sweepstakes, c/o Scholastic Inc., P.O.
