Can the U.S. regain its status as a global leader in public K-12 education? Kid Reporter Madison Hartke-Weber sat down recently with Secretary of Education Arne Duncan at the Department of Education offices in Washington, D.C. She asked him about a new program designed to do just that by the year 2020.
