Two Grand-Prizes
One Grand-Prize winner from each category (Fiction and Nonfiction) will be selected for publication.

Each Grand-Prize winning team will receive:
  • $5,000 in merchandise from the Scholastic Book Fairs School Resource Catalog to be awarded to the public/private school or non-profit organization of their choice
  • 100 copies of their published book
Each winning student will receive:
  • Framed award certificate
  • Gold medallion
Honorable Mentions
Twenty-five books will be selected as Honorable Mention winners.

Each of these winning teams will receive:
  • $500 in merchandise from the Scholastic Book Fairs School Resource Catalog to be awarded to the public/private school or non-profit organization of their choice
  • Student Award Certificates
Notification of Winners
The two Grand-Prize winners and twenty-five Honorable Mention winners will be notified by May 31, 2014.
