Our warehouse employees work behind the scenes to fulfill the customer's orders by processing incoming/outgoing book inventory and materials, and most of all, place books in the hands of children. Be a part of the magic of reading and join our dedicated warehouse team!

We have great full-time, part-time, and flexible seasonal (Feb.-May/Sept.-Dec.) opportunities that meet your needs and desires in the following areas:

  • Warehouse Product Coordinators and Generalists
  • Shipping and Receiving Clerks
  • Inventory Coordinators

General requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
  • Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs., push/pull up to 300 lbs., climb ladders without assistance. Reasonable
    accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to work over-time and weekends as needed.
  • Strong team player with the ability to get along with co-workers.
  • Ability to utilize scanner systems effectively with minimal errors.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read.
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
