Sales Consultant: (Inside Sales) A salesperson who advises, guides, and consults with our customers over the telephone. A Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is to use honed sales skills to increase the number of scheduled Book Fair events and drive customer revenue increases through appropriate selling of revenue programs while providing excellent customer service.

Field Sales Representative: (Outside Sales) A salesperson who represents our company, our programs, our product offerings and how they can support the needs of our customers in reaching their goals. A Field Sales Representative's primary responsibilities are to increase customer revenue through the successful selling of appropriate revenue programs and increase the quality of event building execution. This is a remote position with 100% travel to the schools within an assigned territory.

General requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Sales Consultant: Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service.
• Field Sales Representative: Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience
  in retail or district/territory sales, event management, personal selling, and customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation, Customer
• Relationship Management, or Web-based software programs.
• Proven ability to build and grow revenue while adding value for customers.
• Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors (cross functional and throughout
  the organization) and customers.
• Familiarization with children's literature, Book Fairs, and school activities is a plus.
