Product Vouchers are exclusively redeemable in the Scholastic Book Fairs Instructional Resource Catalog. The catalog is updated at the beginning of every school year and is valid through the following summer.

To redeem your Product Vouchers and place your order, complete the order form provided in your catalog. You may indicate that part or all of your Product Voucher balance be applied to your order, enclose any additional payment due in an envelope, and mail your order to the Instructional Resource Division.

Request a Catalog
You will receive an Instructional Resource Catalog in your Book Fair Set Up Kit along with your financial aid form. If you require an additional catalog, you may request one by mail by using our e-mail form and checking "Send me the Instructional Resource Catalog", or by calling Customer Service toll-free 1-800-799-READ.

Make Your Selections
Use the order form booklet that comes with your catalog to make your selections page by page. Simply write in the quantity that you would like to purchase next to each title on the order form. If you prefer, you may use the write-in order form to place smaller orders. An interactive Excel form that automatically tabulates your order is also available.

Select Your Payment Method
Enclose one or more of the following forms of payment to satisfy your total amount due, including shipping and handling: Product Voucher, School or Personal Check, Credit Card Information (Visa or MasterCard), School Purchase Order. Make checks payable to Scholastic Book Fairs.

Send Your Order
Orders are accepted by mail, fax, or e-mail. Customers who use the Excel order form may e-mail it to catalog@scholasticbookfairs. com. Orders may be faxed to (407)829-8160. Or, mail your order form with payment to:
