Customer Reward Vouchers are valid for one year. Profit Option Vouchers have no expiration date.

Can I use my Product Vouchers for anything other than the Instructional Resource Catalog?
Product Vouchers can only be used in the Scholastic Book Fairs Instructional Resource Catalog. This catalog is made up of more than 1,000 of the best products available from Scholastic and other leading educational dealers. These products are selected exclusively for Book Fair customers, and are offered as one of your profit options to give you the best value for your dollar.

How often is the Instructional Resource Catalog updated?
The catalog is updated each September. You will receive the newest catalog in your Book Fair Planning Kit.

Can I use my Product Vouchers to pay for shipping costs and tax on my order?
Yes. You may use your Product Voucher to pay for everything pertaining to your catalog order, including Shipping & Handling and tax, if applicable.

How long will it take to get the products I have ordered?
Please allow sufficient time for your order to reach us by mail. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after it is received. We estimate that you will receive your order in about 15 days after you have mailed it.

What happens if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
We try very hard to keep all of our titles in stock, and most of the time we succeed. If we do run out of an item, we will make every effort to contact you to suggest a substitute. In the event that we cannot reach you right away, we will ship the rest of your order to you and allow you to place another order from the catalog at your convenience.
