| Step 1: Add Color to Your
Tables |

- Drape a fabric or plastic table cover over each table.
- To create more display space and add visual appeal, place
one or more of the empty boxes (Fair boxes) in the center
of the table, open side down.
- Cover with fabric or table covers.
- Position the table sign and stand facing the Fair entrance
to create interest and help shoppers locate items.
| Step 2: Attract Attention |

- Build the front of the table toward the main entrance.
- Stack large books in the center of the table, with smaller stacks
on each side.
- Vary colors between light and dark book covers.
- Create a pyramid effect on each side of your table.
| Step 3: Group Similar Merchandise |

- Group merchandise together by subject and size.
- Add items to the sides of tables, remember that guests "shop
around" tables in all directions.
| Step 4: Create Visual Appeal |

- Place smaller, odd-shaped items toward the edge of the table
and continue to vary shape, color, and size.
- Use baskets or decorated boxes to hold smaller items.
- Display merchandise so there is something to catch the eye from
any angle.
