Gymnasiums, cafeterias, auditorium, and multi-purpose rooms are ideal Fair locations. Use these tips to create a wonderful Book Fair environment for large spaces.

Step 1
	• Remove any existing furniture from your Book Fair location and clear a large, open space. • Collect as many folding tables as possible
Step 2
	• Place your folding tables strategically around your Book Fair space. • Be sure to leave about 6 feet of space between tables for comfortable shopping. • Place your table covers and table signs onto the tables. • Remove boxes from the tops of the bookcases and place next to appropriate tables on the floor. Match each subject label on box with table signs.
Step 3
	• Roll your portable bookcases into a "horse shoe" position around the back of your Book Fair. • Group additional bookcases in the center of the room, back-to-back. • Use the tables in the front of your Book Fair to feature high-end gift books like the picture books shown. • Be sure to display all of the merchandise sent to your Book Fair.
