Some of us know that Aximili–Esgarrouth–Isthill, our favorite alien pal of the Animorphs, also goes by the name of Ax. And some of us might even know that he goes by yet another name : Paulo Costanzo.

Born in Ontario, Canada, Paulo developed a unique talent for imitating others. This talent comes in handy when you want to be an actor, and it especially comes in handy when you're playing an alien who tries to seamlessly blend with the human world around him. Ax keeps us laughing as he does his best to fit in — I don't think any of us would say that he blends in seamlessly, but that's why we love him. He is uniquely alien with some unique talents. Paulo's favorite Animorphs' costume was the light blue tuxedo he wore to the Prom in "Changes" – Part 3. He had a tough time choosing who to imitate in that costume though – either Epstein from Welcome Back Kotter or Tony from West Side Story (a role he played in his high school production). "Tony" makes a brief appearance in Ax's video clip – did you catch it!?

We wish Paulo good luck fitting in to his new surroundings in Los Angeles. So far, so good! He's already landed a starring role in two hit movies (Road Trip, and 40 Days and 40 Nights, duh!).
