Arthur Yorinks has written and directed for opera, theater, dance, film, and radio and is the author of more than two dozen books for children, including the Caldecott Medal winner Hey, Al.
Matthew Reinhart illustrated and engineered the best-selling pop-up books Cinderella and, with Robert
Sabuda, Encyclopedia Prehistorica: Dinosaurs and Encyclopedia Prehistorica: Sharks and Other Sea Monsters.
MOMMY? was released in English on September 26, 2006, and has been on The New York Times Children’s Picture Book Best Seller List for 10 weeks to date. It was also named a New York Times Best Illustrated Children’s Book of 2006, a Nick Jr. Family Magazine Best Book of 2006, and a School Library Journal Best Book of 2006.
