RESOLUTION OF LAWSUIT ANNOUNCED



New York, NY (November 26, 2008) -- Scholastic Inc. (NASDAQ: SCHL) and Infinity Resources, Inc. and DeepDiscount.com today announced that they have satisfactorily resolved the lawsuit filed by Scholastic against Infinity relating to the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.  Scholastic and Infinity are pleased to put those issues behind them.
