Scholastic Parent & Child Magazine, a leading parenting magazine published by Scholastic Inc. announced a 15.5 percent increase in readership, reaching a total of 7,243,000 million readers nationwide. The results were measured and reported by Mediamark Research Inc. (MRI) audits, the country's leading provider of multimedia audience research data for the advertising community.
Scholastic Parent & Child Magazine was in the overall top five in readership increase of all the magazines measured by MRI. Out of the eight national parenting publications measured, which include Family Fun, American Baby, Baby Talk, Child, Working Woman, Parenting, Parents, Scholastic Parent & Child Magazine has the biggest increase in readership for spring 2002.
