New York, NY (January 30, 2003) -- New York, NY (January 30, 2003)-- The Scholastic Store™, located at 557 Broadway between Prince and Spring Streets in the heart of SoHo, continues to offer FREE, fun and educational events for kids of all ages!  March features a fantastic line-up of fun events including the first-ever Family Fair, a live performance of the award-winning book Harlem, special craft demonstrations and more!  The Scholastic Story Teller will read bedtime stories every Tuesday at 6 p.m. and fun stories every Wednesday at 11 a.m..  All events are FREE and open to the public. Scholastic and The Kennedy Center IMAGINATION CELEBRATION^TM on Tour, are proud to present the New York premiere of "Harlem," a live stage adaptation of the award-winning book by Walter Dean Myers and Christopher Myers. Take a vibrant journey through the streets of Harlem. Streets full of life, language, history, rhythm, and music merging into an exciting blend of poetry, jazz and art.
